BOA Plant Proud Principle Sponsors of the Bedford Young Farmers Rally 2018!
BOA Plant were proud to be principle sponsors of the 71st Bedfordshire Young Farmers Rally, which was hosted at Scald End Farm in Thurleigh on May 19th 2018.
The Rally continues to grow year on year, as does the work behind the scenes by the committee to produce the huge variety of attractions, classes and competitions for entrants to enjoy which requires the support from sponsors.
As principle sponsors of the event, BOA Plant set up a fantastic display including a range of our mobile cranes and plant machinery, giving enthusiasts of all ages a hands on experience with some of the highest spec machines available on the market.
Managing Director of BOA Plant, Antony Barrett had the following to say on this years event:
"The Bedfordshire YFC annual Rally seems to come around quicker every year, BOA Plant are always keen to support the show as many of our customers have an involvement in some way or another and it's generally such a great occasion.
In the week leading up to the event BOA Plant sponsored one of their JCB telehandlers to assist the Rally team in setting up the event, the machine was also used for a few days after to help dismantle and clear the site.
The show itself was a great success, the BOA Plant stand was located between the public carpark and the entrance to the show so anybody attending basically had to walk through the centre of our stand, this was a great position and it provided the BOA Plant team with a constant flow of people throughout the day.
It was great to see and talk to so many existing and new customers during the day, we had a great deal of interest in all the plant on the stand including the cranes which with their jib's in the air were a very prominent feature, the accessories and demonstrations for the 360 diggers (hole borers and post knockers) proved to be a magnet for the crowds too.
The BOA Plant team were proud to be part of what was a very successful show and are already looking forward to next year's event."
With blissfully warm weather and the Royal Wedding gripping the nation on the big screens - a truly enjoyable day was had by all.
